JF Beasley LLC offers professional mediation services, case evaluation, and consultations on employment and labor disputes. The company founder and owner, John Beasley, brings over thirty years of employment litigation and trial experience to help employers, employees, and labor organizations resolve their disputes in an efficient and cost-effective manner. John has hands-on experience serving as lead counsel in trials of cases under some of the most challenging anti-discrimination, employment, civil rights and commercial laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Sarbanes Oxley Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, state and federal racketeering statutes, and securities laws.

John also has expertise and courtroom experience in numerous other laws affecting our nation’s workforce. For example, John has represented our military service members on employment claims under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act or USERRA. He has assisted employees and companies with charges of unfair labor practices under the National Labor Relations Act. And, he has also represented groups and classes of employees challenging mass layoffs under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, also called the WARN Act, and failure to pay overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

It is this experience that makes JF Beasley LLC unique in this difficult and complex area of the law. Specifically, it offers an assurance to the parties and legal counsel that important issues of law, case evaluation, and personal or corporate impact are not lost in the process of trying to resolve or evaluate employment and labor disputes.
